  • You’ve booked some vendors, made some decisions, and have a vision for the day, but there’s still a lot left to figure out. We’ll meet you wherever you are in the planning process, organize what’s already been done, help fill in the gaps, and guide you through the decisions still ahead.

    This is perfect for couples who enjoy being involved in the planning but want professional guidance, support, and another set of eyes along the way.

    • Up to 2 planning meetings
    • Vendor recommendations for remaining needs
    • Guidance with remaining planning decisions
    • Design & styling guidance
    • Timeline creation & logistics planning
    • Final details meeting 6–8 weeks before the wedding

    • Up to 10 hours of wedding-day coordination

    Starting at $2,500

  • You’ve put months into planning your wedding, so you shouldn’t be answering vendor questions or worrying about whether the candles have been lit while you’re getting ready.

    About 6–8 weeks before the wedding, we’ll step in, get familiar with everything you’ve planned, connect with your vendors, and build a timeline that brings it all together. Then, when the day arrives, you get to be fully present while we make sure everything happens the way you envisioned.

Add-On Services

Setup & Takedown
Let us handle the before and after. From setting out your carefully planned details to packing everything up at the end of the night, setup and takedown can be added to our Partial Planning or Wedding Day Coordination packages if it falls outside the already contracted hours. Pricing is based on the scope of setup, décor requirements, and estimated time required. Services extending past midnight may be subject to an additional late-night fee.
